The Story of iPots

The story of iPots began during the first Covid lockdown in early 2020. Due to disrupted supply chains, it became nearly impossible to find suitable fabric pots on the market. With plenty of free time on our hands, we started making our own fabric pots.

As we used them throughout the growing process, we quickly noticed how well the pots performed. We decided to share some with friends to get their honest feedback — and the response was overwhelmingly positive. That gave us the motivation to take things further. Over the past two years, we’ve refined our pots, and now the time has come to share them with the world.

The iPots team consists of Ambrož Jelavič and Helena Koron — life partners and proud parents of a little girl. With iPots, we managed to combine two seemingly unrelated worlds: agriculture and fashion.

Ambrož is a passionate home gardener who loves growing all types of plants. Helena, on the other hand, is a fashion designer who constantly brings fresh trends into the world. When creating our fabric pots, this blend of knowledge proved incredibly valuable — from Ambrož’s expertise in plant cultivation to Helena’s skills in textile design and pattern-making.

It’s this unique fusion of different fields that makes iPots a high-quality product. Our fabric pots support healthy plant growth — and they look great too! 🌱
